You still see these skirts because we live in Nashville, and despite all the scads of money these people spend on their designer clothes, they are still several seasons behind the rest of the country. Plus its fall and its still 90 degrees out, and they are all whores too, which explains the skirts. The other day i saw one of these skirts on a girl that was so friggin' short i swear i saw browneye. Not kidding.
