I hope Matt Dubay gets the everloving shit kicked out of him. Way to try and set a precedent for more deadbeat dads to avoid supporting their kids, asshole! Pay the fucking child support you cheap fuck.
And I really hope he never has sex with a woman again. Well, based on the publicity, that's looking pretty likely.

You're such an asshole.
Here's what pisses me off. Women's groups are saying men have all these options before conception and none after so they don't need this right. Well women have MORE options before conception, since they can take the pill and ALL the options afterward. yes, every man has to take responsiblity for having a child. But if that's true than so do women. If Dubay has no right to get out of his responsibilities after knocking a woman up, then neither do women. We'd be enraged if a man were allowed to force a woman to have his baby and then pay him child support but we're somehow totally okay with women doing it to men.
I'm all for this guy. He'll lose, because there's little merit to his case, but from a legislative position we should allow it. A woman notifies you she's pregnant, you get a week to decide, you sign a paper and that's that. Perfectly fair and just.

In all fairness, neither can I.
Here's the simple fact. Under the most ideal circumstances, there is still NO SUCH THING as 100% effective birth control (except in the case of anal sex or if you're a sterile hermaphrodite). Therefore, ANYTIME you consent to engage in sexual intercourse with a person of the opposite sex, you must accept the risk of possible parenthood. If this possiblity and its implications are unacceptible to you, i suggest you go stick your penis in a man instead. Its your only 100% safe birth control solution.
But see all, now all etc etc: a woman can get an abortion. If she wants to skip outon her parental responsibilities all she needs is a fifth of whiskey and a coathanger.
Of course there's no such thing as 100% safe sex. But there is also no such thing as a woman's right to take a man's income because she (like Mr. Dubay's baby mama) lies to him and says she is on the pill when she's not.
Although I do, of course, encourage men to stick their penises in other men. Mr. Dubay's plight only shows that women give you AIDS AND babies. Which is worse? I do not know. What I do know is at least you don't have to change AIDS's diapers.
The rates of young men getting vasectomies is sky-rocketing. If we don't do SOMETHING to allow young men to have sex and not worry about having babies (as women have been able to do since 1973) the American people will die out and the terrorists will win and then you'll be happy. Won't you?
